Eight in ten Romanians with Internet access behave this way, according to a GfK Romania survey. Around a third of those questionned said that they are influenced by the message of online advertising, even if they don't click or open them.

Most online readers believe tourism, entertainment and retail are the most suited for online advertising, while only around a third of respondents see the medium fit for baby products, alcoholic beverages, nutritional substances, pet food and political parties.

The study included 524 Internet users in urban areas, aged between 15 and 54.
