Three quarters of managers in Romania have a professional experience of over 15 years and at least 8 years in management, according to a study conducted by CareerAdvisor, cited by local Wall-street.ro.

In terms of nationality, 4 out of 10 general managers are from other countries. However, in terms of gender, most of the managers are men (89 percent).

Three quarters of the general managers have a professional experience of over 15 years, namely 19 years on average. A total of 36 percent have an experience of 16-20 years, 19 percent have between 21 and 25 years of experience, and the rest have under 15 years. The experience in management positions if of 8 years on average.

A general manager in Romania has the following basic characteristics: male with a professional experience of 19 years, 8 years experience in management, and 19 percent of them are working in the consumable products (FMGC) areas, reports Wall-street.ro.
