Irish gaming company MavenHut has leased the top floor of the Premium Plaza office building in Bucharest for its Romanian office, real estate consultant DTZ Echinox, which brokered the lease, has announced.

MavenHut thus occupies 500 sqm for its team in Romania, which it hopes to expand this year, said Cristi Badea, MavenHut representative. More than half of the 500 sqm is being used as relaxation space, designed to increase the team's creativity, he added. The team in Bucharest currently comprises 25 people.

MavenHut, created in 2012 and headquartered in Ireland is the developer of the Solitaire Arena a free application for iPhone, iPad and Android.
