SAP Romania, the local subsidiary of the German business software producer SAP, has appointed Mihai Oros as general director starting January this year.

He previously worked for OMV Petrom, where he held various positions starting 2007, including Service Line Manager.

Before joining OMV Petrom, Oros had worked for SAP between 2001 and 2007. During that period, Oros supervised the development of the largest SAP Customer Competence Center in South-Eastern Europe.

He has graduated from the University of Timisoara and holds a degree in telecommunications. He is fluent in Romanian, Hungarian, English and German.
