DJ Marika, known to clubbing lovers for his Selectro Wednesday evenings in Expirat & The Other Side Clubs, launched a new single together with Dragos Badoi. DJ Marika – by his real name Florin Marica (in picture)- and Badoi came up with a song called 'These are the times', a catchy electronic music beat.

In the 1990’s Marika together with Cristian Paduraru were the founders of the band Fire in Water. DJ Marika went on to work with several radio stations where he promoted electronic music, and with a music TV channel. Selectro is also the name of Marika’s radio show every Wednesday night on Dance FM.

Dragos Badoi is one of the founders of the Romanian band Directia 5. In the late 90s he went to Norway, Austria and Ireland, but later returned to Romania, where he started working on electro pop dance music.
