Romanian song: All my people by Alexandra Stan feat. Manilla Maniacs
In the wake of the recent scandal involving the Romanian singer Alexandra Stan saying she was beaten by her manager, we discovered her recently launched song called All my people. It will probably become another summer hit for Alexandra. The song and video were launched at the beginning of May.
Her manager – and alleged boyfriend – Marcel Prodan, who she says beat her as she was asking for money from her recent concerts, also appears in the video as one of the cops.
After the incident, the 24-year old Romanian singer said she has been depressive in the last period, even suicidal, and found it hard to do her job, as she was constantly tired, and said her manager never did anything to try to help her. The case became an ongoing, wallpaper-like media scandal across Romanian media. More about the story here.
Alexandra Stan was born on June 10, 1989 in Constanta, on the Black Sea shore. She studied at the Traian Highschool and now she is a student at the Faculty of Management „Andrei Saguna“. She best known for her songs “Lollipop”, “Mr. Saxobeat” and “Show me the way”. The road towards the musical scene was opened for her by the team at Maan Studio, Marcel Prodan and Andrei Nemirschi, and in 2010 the singer started touring internationally.
