Rosca is being investigated for two offenses of influence peddling. According to investigators, back in 2011, when he was vice-president of National Liberal Party PNL’s organization in Prahova county, Rosca  allegedly "asked EUR 20,000 to exert influence on defendant Popescu Gabriel Stelian and on other members of Azuga City Council, in order to facilitate the acquisition of land in the area,” reports Mediafax.
