Romanian Highway Police to drive new Dacia Dokker cars

The Romanian Highway Police will be equipped with Dacia Dokker cars, the new model launched by French car manufacturer Renault in Romania today (September 18 ). The car, produced at Renault's new plant in Tangiers, Morocco, will be priced between EUR 9,000 and EUR 13,600 VAT included, depending on specification and options chosen.

The Dacia Dokker Van was also launched in Romania, costing between EUR 8,700 and EUR 11,500.

The five-seat Dokker, whose name derives from the English term for a dockworker, is suitable for the transport of sizable objects or of five people.

Dacia’s Lodgy, launched in March, was the first model produced outside Romania. The Lodgy has a EUR 9,500 starting price.

Dacia, owned by French Renault, has several other models in its portfolio, Logan, Sandero and Duster. Dacia is Renault’s second most sold brand, and Romania is the group’s sixth largest market.
