Romanian companies spend EUR 5 mln on teambuilding activities
Local businesses invested EUR 5 million in teambuilding programs last year, according to the study made by the HR company HPDI.
The mountain resorts in Valea Prahovei and Poiana Brasov, as well as the Black Sea resorts, remained the favorite destinations for teambuilding activities, reports local Agerpres.
Most of the companies that invested in such programs were active in the automotive, banking, and IT sectors. Compared to 2014, more firms operating in healthcare, services, production, retail, and gas & oil organized teambuilding activities last year.
The local companies spent on average EUR 65 per employee in 2015 for these activities, up by 22% compared to the previous year.
More small and medium-sized enterprises invested last year in teambuilding activities compared to 2014.
