Reuven Havar, who used to run AFI Europe Romania, has been appointed CEO of Atlas Management, the investment division of the investment fund Atas Estates. He has replaced Nahman Tsabar effective of August 16. The investment fund owns a Golden Tulip hotel in Bucharest and several land plots.

Reuven Havar resigned from AFI Europe Romania in February this year, after having worked for four years with the developer in Romania, and for seven more years with the same developer on other markets.
