PwC reaches EUR 36 mln turnover in Romania
PwC Romania, which is active in financial audit, legal, tax and management consultancy, recorded a turnover of EUR 36 million in the 2016 financial year (July 1, 2015-June 30, 2016), up 9% over the previous year, reports local Ziarul Financiar.
The consultancy group currently has 730 experts in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, working in offices in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Constanta, Iasi, Timisoara, and Chisinau in the Republic of Moldova.
"The company continued to invest significantly in the team, integrating more than 120 intern and junior consultants, which doubled the size of some departments," company representatives said.
PwC consultants were involved last year in important transactions such as the takeover of NetCity, Noriel, La Fantana, GreenGroup or Total Soft.
The company expects to continue its sustained growth pace, said the PwC Romania country managing partner Ionut Simion. “We are focusing on profitable growth and customer base consolidation,” he added.
