Prologis Park Bucharest welcomes new tenant

Logistics company E van Wijk has leased over 16,100 sqm in Prologis Park Bucharest A1, the second largest transaction made by Prologis in Central and Eastern Europe in the third quarter, reports local Wall-street.ro.

Prologis CEE leased total spaces of over 387,000 sqm, which represents a year-on-year increase of 57%. The transactions made in Poland represent over 38% of all rental contracts signed in the region.

The most important new rental contracts were concluded in Hungary (22,080 sqm), Romania (16,147 sqm), the Czech Republic (12,681 sqm) and Poland (7,473 sqm).
