Porsche Romania, the largest importer on the local car market by the number of units sold, recorded a 13% increase in turnover in 2019 compared to 2018, to EUR 766 million, according to data from the Ministry of Finance quoted by Ziarul Financiar.

The growth rate in 2019 doubled compared to the previous year when it stood at 7%.

The robust turnover growth in 2019 occurred in the context of a 7% increase in car sales, so the increase was also driven by the sale of parts and services.
