Razvan Dragomirescu will be the new General manager of PHD Romania, part of OmnicomMediaGroup, starting September 23, according to the company. He will replace Laura Badea, former Strategy Director of OmnicomMediaGroup Romania and General manager of PHD Romania, who will be new Account Manager PHD CEE.

Razvan Dragomirescu started to work with OmnicomMediaGroup Romania in 2010, and has 9 years experience in media and customer service, working for clients like Elite, Coty, Orange, Vodafone. He studied International Economic Relations at the Romanian-American University and PR & Communication at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA).

Laura Badea joined OmnicomMediaGroup Romania in December, 2008, on the position of Director of Strategy, and since November, 2009, she has been General Manager of PHD Romania. PHD was founded in 1990 and is a network of media and communications agency with over 50 offices worldwide. Media agency PHD has been operational in Romania since 2009.
