Diwali, the Indian festival of lights and the beginning of New Year in Hindu calendar, can be celebrated this year at Indian Food Festival, which will take place between 12th and 25th November at Crowne Plaza Bucharest. The event promotes Indian traditional food from regions known for their culinary flavour, such as Goa and Mumbai and offers visitors an unforgettable sensorial adventure.

The delicious traditional dishes will be prepared by the Crowne Plaza Bucharest Executive Chef himself, Ashlie Dias, an expert of Indian cuisine, born in India.

Those who love culinary adventures can experiment Indian cuisine by choosing between dinners and lunches with a la carte menu, varied buffets dinners with Indian Food Station and also an Indian cuisine inspired Sunday Brunch. Moreover, those who want to leave their creativity loose can learn new cooking techniques from Indian Master Chef Ashlie Dias during the cooking lessons that will take place on Thursday, 15th November, at 6pm.
