New, final reshuffling planned for Romania’s Fiscal Code
Romania will change its Fiscal Code by mid-year, after a careful check of the current law, in order to remove all dysfunctionalities, said finance minister Eugen Teodorovici.
The country will thus have a new, simplified Fiscal Code from 2019, which would not be changed later on, local News.ro reported.
Several measures will be already taken this year, including how the tax administration agency ANAF is organized, and to reduce tax evasion, said the minister yesterday at the European Commission’s country report presentation conference.
