Most Romanian employees need to work in the office

Romania is the European country with the highest number of employees in the small and medium-sized companies that need to go to the office to carry out their tasks.

More than four in five (81%) of Romanian employees must work in the office, according to a study conducted by Ipsos Mori for Microsoft, reports local Economica.net. Norway stands at the opposite end, with only 51% of the employees having to be at the office.

Over 83% of the Romanian employees consider that mobile technology would help them maintain the balance between professional and private life.

Over half of the respondents believe that investments in IT represent a priority to increase business performance.
