The Mega Mall shopping center, developed by New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) and Real4You in the Pantelimon area in Eastern Bucharest, will host the first 4D cinema in the country, operated by Cinema City.

The new cinema in the shopping center, still under construction, will have 14 screens, according to DTZ Echinox, reports local Capital.ro.

The mall, which should be inaugurated in April 2015, will have a 12,000-sqm entertainment area, restaurants and cinema.  It will have a leasable area of 70,700 sqm, which will make it the third largest mall in Romania, after Sun Plaza and AFI Palace Cotroceni.

Some of its tenants are Zara, Peek & Cloppenburg, H&M and Carrefour. The cost of this project is estimated at EUR 165 million.
