Financial company lists EUR 3.4 mln bonds on the Bucharest Stock Exchange

Imocredit IFN, part of the financial group Imofinance, will list bonds worth EUR 3.4 million on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The bonds start trading on the capital market today.

Between April 23 and May 4, the company carried out the bond offer by which it attracted EUR 3.4 million. It will use the funds to grant loans to customers.

The bonds are secured, convertible into shares, and have a seven-year maturity. They have a nominal value of RON 8 (EUR 1.8), and the interest rate is fixed at six months, plus a 3% margin. Interest payments will be made quarterly.

Imofinance grants mortgage, housing, consumer loans or credits for small and medium-sized enterprises.
