The Bucharest Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal made by insurance company Astra against a sentence ruled by the court in December, through which the insurer is obligated to pay almost EUR 20 million to the roads authority CNADNR, reports local Mediafax. Astra is currently under special administration.

The insurance company has to pay some EUR 20 million to CNADNR, on account of construction company Romstrade, currently under insolvency. The Court of Appeal’s decision is final but it can be further appealed within 30 days.
