CliniClowns charity raises EUR 30,000 at gala dinner

CliniClowns Romania raised over EUR 30,000 in its charity dinner gala last night in Bucharest. Two dishes, prepared by chefs  Joseph Hadad andHenk Savelberg were auctioned at the gala. Former football player Gica Popescu bought one for EUR 1,000, while the other one was auctioned for EUR 1,200. Eureko Group, the official sponsor of the foundation, donated EUR 18,000. The companies and individuals who attended the gala also donated EUR 10,000 in total.

CliniClowns Romania is a non-profit organization present in Romania since 1995 whose goal is to improve the life of hospitalized children. It works with a team of professional clowns who visit sick children periodically and try to improve their state of mind.
