Bucharest Polytechnic University hosts the 2015 European Automotive Congress this week

The Polytechnic University in Bucharest will host the 2015 European Automotive Congress (EAEC-ESFA 2015) between November 25 and November 27.

“For the first time, this event in the automotive engineering field will be co-organized by the European Automobile Engineers Cooperation (EAEC), the Society of Automotive Engineers in Romania (SIAR) and the Automotive Engineering Department of the Polytechnic University in Bucharest,” reads a statement of the university, cited by local Agerpres.

EAEC is the European wing of FISITA - the International Federation of Automotive Societies. Through this congress, EAEC aims to bring together the vehicle manufacturers, developers and researchers to offer the opportunity to present the results, and to discuss current trends.

The congress’ list of topics includes fuel economy and pollution control, noise vibration and harshness, vehicle dynamics, safety and comfort, automotive reliability and maintenance, and advanced engineering methods and tools.
