Anchor Group brings new tenants to its two malls in Bucharest

Turkish owned Anchor Group will bring new tenants to its two shopping centers in Bucharest, Plaza Romania and Bucharest Mall, which are currently undergoing a revamping process, the company has announced.

Among the new tenants are fast-food chain Subway, Brioche Doree restaurants, and fashion retail brands Ecco and CCC. Other tenants, such as fashion retailer H&M and World Class gym expanded their locations in the two malls.

About 90% of the rental surface of both malls is contracted and agreed, the company announced. The group will invest EUR 25 million to revamp the two malls, which includes the reconfiguration of retail spaces and a new design. Bucharest Mall has a rentable surface of 37,000 sqm and Plaza Romania has 47,000 sqm.
