Two venture capital funds, Early Bird and iEurope Capital have pledged a ‚six digit’ investment into Romanian company Tjobs, a recruitment services provider, the company announced.

The new round of financing for TJobs, a company created by Romanian Calin Stefanescu, add to the EUR 500,000 financing in 2010 from the post – Privatiztaion Foundation, and business angels Andreas Cser and Alexis Bonte. The project attracted the first round of financing at the 2010 edition of venture Connect.

The new money will allow TJobs to develop its staff in France, Germany, UK, and The Netherlands, as well as launch in other Central and Eastern Europe countries. TJobs currently has offices in Romania and Hungary.

The group includes Tjobs.ro, the largest recruitment portal focusing on jobs abroad, and TjobsRecruit, an agency which offers recruitment and staff leasing services internationally.
