Two Dutch companies enter Romanian IT market

Three software asset management (SAM) companies, namely b.lay, MindingCorp and b.sorted enter Romania’s IT market, reports local Wall-street.ro.

b.sorted is the center of expertise for services provided by MindingCorp and b.lay, two companies originating from the Netherlands.

“We decided to apply our knowledge in Romania starting with 2010, and ever since, we have been working on setting up our office here. Our staff carries out a large part of all services and of the final product,” said the executive director Mark van Wolferen.

B.sorted was founded in 2010 by Bogdan Rotaru with two Dutch associates Mark van Wolferen and Patrick van de Veer. In 2013, the fourth partner Richard Spithoven joined.
