Skanska’s second office building in Bucharest, now 72% leased

16 July 2015

Swedish real estate developer Skanska has reached a 72% occupancy rate for its second office building in Bucharest, after signing in a new tenant, software producer RINF Outsourcing Solutions.

The Romanian IT company leased 1,843 sqm in Skanska’s Green Court Building B, and will move in starting January 2016. DTZ Echinox brokered the deal.

RINF joins French pharmaceutical group Sanofi, retailer Carrefour, human resources group Adecco and cosmetics producer Colgate Palmolive, which have already announced they would move their offices there. The building has 18,000 sqm and will be finalized in the following months.

Skanska already sold its first building in the complex, which was fully leased by Orange and Schneider Electric, to real estate investment company Globalworth. The deal was EUR 42 million, and Globalworth CEO Ioannis Papalekas said he was interested in Skanska’s other developments.

The Swedish group plans to start a third building in the Green Court complex.
