Romanian tourism group Eurolines expands fleet with EUR 2.5 mln

Romanian tourism group Eurolines, controlled by businessman Dragos Anastasiu, recently purchased eight new buses with RON 11 million (EUR 2.5 million). Thus, the group’s fleet now comprises a total of 30 buses, reports local Capital.ro.

The financing came from the company’s own sources, and through BRD Sogelease. The buses were acquired via Rombus Transport, the group’s transport company.

Eurolines Romania Group recorded a turnover of over RON 330 million (some EUR 75 million) in 2013, up 30 percent year-on-year.
