Romanian short film included in Telluride Film Festival’s lineup

Ramona, a short film directed by Romanian Andrei Cretulescu, is one of the movies selected for this year’s edition of Telluride Film Festival. The event takes place in Telluride, Colorado, and starts today, September 4. The event will end on September 7.

Ramona will be screened within the Filmmakers of Tomorrow section, in the Great Expectations program, reports local Agerpres. Telluride Film Festival is a non-competitive event.

Andrei Cretulescu’s short film will also be screened at Chicago International Film Festival, organized between October 15 and October 29. Ramona was previously screened at festivals in Portugal, Australia, Bosnia, and Italy.

Earlier this year, the film won the Canal+ award of the Semaine de la Critique section in Cannes.
