Healthcare and Education will remain priorities in making Romania’s 2016 budget, but the Government won’t neglect Defense or other public sectors, according to interim Prime Minister Sorin Campeanu.

“We’ve had a first talk, in general terms, about the budget law. We will make a technical draft, according to the attributions of an interim Government,” said Campeanu, cited by Mediafax.

He met with Finance Minister Eugen Teodorovici on Friday to talk about the 2016 budget. The interim Government has limited attributions and can’t approve law drafts or Government ordinances.
