Companies that open customer relations centers in Romania have started to recruit foreigners as they don’t find too many speakers of rare foreign languages in Romania.They offer young foreigners salaries up to EUR 500 higher than they would get in their home countries for similar junior positions, plus benefits for lodging and transport.

Salaries can vary between the medium gross wage and EUR 2,000, and some companies need people who speak Nordic languages and Dutch, according to Digi24.
