Romania will have an official tourism portal by the end of this year, which will contain information about local tourist areas and attractions.

“We’ve advanced, we have the romania.travel website, which is constantly being improved. We’ll also have the portal by the end of the year,” said Razvan Filipescu, president of the National Tourism Authority ANT, quoted by Mediafax.

The new portal is already available, but it will be improved in a next stage.

“It will contain information about Romania, about tourist circuits, videos that are part of a new campaign to promote Romania, and many other things,” Filipescu added.
