Czech group P3, one of the largest developers of logistics spaces in Romania, has signed new contracts and extended old ones for warehouses with a total surface of 84,000 sqm this year.

It has extended its contract with the largest online retailer eMAG for 43,000 sqm. eMAG has also rented an additional space of 15,000 sqm in a new building.

Logistics and transport company Tibbett Logistics has also signed a new long-term rental contract for an additional area of 5,000 sqm. The company operates a total area of 38,400 sqm in the P3 Bucharest logistics park.

P3 acquired the logistics park in 2015.
