17 August 2015

Over 16,000 Romanian doctors have joined a Facebook group where they are discussing about the deadlock in the health system, but also about a possible general strike. Doctors complain about small salaries, old infrastructure and lack of medicines.

The members of this group have mentioned the issue of the Romanian doctors who are massively leaving the country, and have also talked about the patients who are unhappy about how they are treated.

“The decision makers are hesitant and have no clear strategy, and the unions are whispering something that no one hears,” according to the group.
