Norwegian software developer Visma Software has rented 4,200 sqm in the third office building of the Openville mixed-use complex in Timisoara, the United Business Center 3, which covers 18,000 sqm.

The offices will cover three floors in the 14-floor building.

Visma Software has been present in Timisoara since 2006 and has 180 employees there. Its headquarters are in Sibiu, and it currently has 400 employees in Sibiu and Timisoara.

The company collaborates with two universities from the two cities, namely the Lucian Blaga University in Sibiu and Polytechnic University of Timisoara. It will continue to invest in student training, according to Visma officials.

The construction works for UBC 3 have started this June. The project will be delivered in about 12 months. This is the third of the seven office buildings that will be part of the mixed-use complex Openville.
