La Fantana buys Rokor Ecostyle from local investor
Watercooler company La Fantana has bought the water purification importer and distributor Rokor Ecostyle, the company has announced. The enterprise value of the bought company was of EUR 4.35 million. The seller was Romanian investor Serban Andrei. Rokor Ecostyle will keep its brand and operate under La Fantana umbrella. The buyer says it will hold an 80 percent market share on the water purification market.
La Fantana has 600 employees in Romania and Serbia, two bottling units in Romania and one in Serbia. Rokor Ecostyle has 120 employees and run a business of RON 10.4 million (EUR 2.4 million).
La Fantana is owned by investment fund Oresa Ventures, which controls 85 percent of the shares, the rest being owned by founder Cristian Amza (in picture).
