Cosmin Bordea, the former Country HR Lead with Microsoft in Romania has recently moved to Fresenius Medical Care Romania, where he leads the Nephrocare Development for the EMEA region. Bordea took over the Microsoft HR for Romania in November 2009, after having spent three years working with Fresenius. He used to be the company's HR Manager and then Provider Business Manager. Prior to that, he worked with Fildas Trading as HR Manager.

Bordea holds a BA in psychology from the Bucharest University, an MA in Organisational Psychology and a Bsc in Administrative Sciences from the Babes Bolyai university in Cluj – Napoca. He is also a Tiffin University Executive MBA graduate.

Dan Bulucea, the business and marketing manager with Microsoft, also left the company earlier this year, after 12 years within the Romanian subsidiary. Microsoft Romania also changes its country manager last year, when Ronald Binkofski replaced Catalin Tatomir, who had been leading the Romanian subsidiary for two years.
