BPO company CGS Romania Solutions reaches 4,500 employees and keeps hiring
Business process outsourcing company CGS Romania Solutions employs approximately 250 per month, the company's vice president of operations, Mihai Şoproni, stated, speaking during a conference organized by Ziarul Financiar.
During the pandemic, the company grew from 3,500 to 4,500 employees.
"We employ around 250 people a month, and from this point of view, we have to be very careful. The software helps, but we also need human interaction; we have recruiters," said Şoproni during the ZF HR Trends 2022 conference: Resetting the labour market.
The CGS representative says that his organization recruits mainly from around the cities where its support centers in Romania are located.
The company provides services in 18 foreign languages in the seven support centers in Bucharest, Brasov, Sibiu, Targu-Jiu, Miercurea-Ciuc, Constanta and Galati.
