Alina Zarnescu is Xerox Romania’s new Human Resources Manager, according to the company.

From this position she will coordinate the recruitment, management, evaluation and professional development of the company’s human resources.

Zarnescu will also develop customized recruitment strategies and will offer career advices to the company’s middle and top management.

Alina Zarnescu has an experience of ten years in human resources. She previously held several key positions within Procter & Gamble Balkans.

She graduated from the Faculty of International Economic Relations, specializing in international business at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and has a Ph.D. in international trade.

Xerox entered the Romanian market with a first office in 1968. The firm has over 140,000 employees in 160 companies.
