Fitness chain World Class will expand its network in Romania by ten units in 2012, with an estimated investment of EUR 3.4 million, according to the company.

World Class currently operates eight fitness centers located across Bucharest including the newly opened club in Pipera, near the Upground residential compound. Next year it will open clubs in the America House office building and in Auchan Titan. Negotiations are ongoing for a new fitness club in the Floreasca area of Bucharest, while the operator is considering opening centers in Constanta, Brasov, Sibiu and Cluj. A yearly subscription with World Class costs EUR 1,000.
