Romanian capital’s citizens can help shape their ideal city in the country’s first urban development festival

UrbanFest, the first urban development festival in Romania, opened in Bucharest on June 16. During the festival’s six days, the participants to this event can share their thoughts on the quality of living in urban areas, can navigate in a boat and can attend exhibits and debates about urban development.

All the events that are part of this festival will take place on the banks of the Dambovita River, that passes through Bucharest’s center.

The festival’s main event is the BlueGreen – Rivers in Smart Cities organized by the European Commission’s Representative Office in Romania. The conference takes place on Friday, at the National Library.
