Top international players come to international bowling competition in Bucharest this October

Over 150 players from 16 countries registered at IDM Bucharest International Bowling Open (IBIBO), a bowling tournament to be organized at IDM Club Bucuresti between October 4 and October 11. Due to the record number of registered players, this event is now the largest bowling tournament in Eastern Europe.

Several top players registered for this year’s edition of the tournament, including European champion Bjorn Rudshagen, Paul Stott and Giannis Stathatos, all winners of the previous editions. Barry Foley, the current number one player in Ireland and Israel’s champion Or Aviram will also be present at IBIBO 2015. Moreover, over 70 players from Romania will participate at the event, including seven members of the national bowling team.

IDM Bucharest International Bowling Open offers total prizes of over EUR 25,000. The final will take place on October 11, 20:00, and will be broadcasted live by Sport.ro. The public’s access is free throughout the tournament.
