The Public Ministry will employ some 60 anti-fraud inspectors, whom it will transfer to the prosecution sector.

Five of them will work for the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) and 10 will work for the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), reports local Ziarul Financiar.

The anti-fraud inspectors within the Public Ministry transferred to prosecution had an intense activity in the first quarter of 2014, according to the Government. They found damages of over EUR 897 million and  froze assets of over EUR 336 million.
