Material handling equipment producer Elmas Brasov estimates exports would increase this year to some 15 percent of the total turnover, up from 7-8 percent last year. The estimation is based on increased production capacity, reports local Wall-street.ro.

Elmas Brasov has exports contracts in both the European Union - Germany, Bulgaria or the UK, and outside the community space, in countries such as Israel and Norway.

The company was established in 1990 and ended 2013 with a turnover of some EUR 16.9 million.
