Czech logistics parks developer PointPark Properties could start construction works on a logistics project in Romania next year and will build in Romania only spaces at the request of customers, according to Stefan Gheorghiu, country manager of PointPark Properties, quoted by Romanian media.

PointPark Properties is a subsidiary of Arcapita Industrial Management, and is active in 11 European countries where manages over 1.5 million square meters of logistics space. In Romania, the company develops a facility near the city of Cluj in partnership with Europa Capital investment fund, with a total area of ​​over 250,000 sqm in six buildings, according to data on its website.
