Ilinca Paun, Colliers International Managing Director for Romania, is the Meet the WOMAN! event speaker, organized by Women in Business in Bucharest on Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at 19:00 at Capital Plaza Hotel. The event topic will be „Searching for Balance – A Story about Kilimanjaro, Secret Friends and Office Buildings”.

ILINCA PAUN

Ilinca is an entrepreneur with a 15-year experience in business and real estate consultancy. She joined Colliers in 2000 after being previously involved in the development of the first shopping mall in Romania. Since then, Ilinca has had a significant contribution to the growth of Colliers International Romania, which has been maintaining the market leader position for 18 years in a row.

In the years spent at Colliers International, llinca has gained experience in all aspects of business, such as marketing, sales and operations, having been involved in management since 2005. Ilinca was appointed Managing Director of Colliers International Romania in 2010. ABOUT WOMEN IN BUSINESS

Founded in 2009 by Alice Botnarenco, the Women in Business organization develops projects which address entrepreneurs and women who work in companies. In 2012, she represented Romania at Global Summit of Women, the largest international economic forum for women, relaunched the www.femei-in-afaceri.ro site, positioned as an information portal with information from the female business environment and created the first online business platform for Romanian women.
