Overview of previous week: GDP growth, new Dacia model, Tourism Minister meets Prince Charles

The good news last week on the macro economy side was that the Romanian GDP grew for fourth quarter in a row.  Meanwhile, foreign direct investments went down 54% in first nine months in Romania.

While car market Dacia launched yet another model: Romanian car maker Dacia launches Lodgy model. 

Some real estate news made their way through last week. Romanian State Patrimony Administration announced it wants to raise EUR 20 mln from selling 733 properties. 

Real estate fund NEPI said it has teamed up with Canadian Topolinski and former TriGranit managers to build new Bucharest shopping center.

Fitness operator World Class said it would open a 1,000 sqm sports center at the first floor of the America House office building in central Victoriei Square in Bucharest.

Lender BCR said it granted EUR 200 mln loans in fourth stage of Romania’s First House program.
