Outsourcing company rents office space in Romania's Brasov

E-value International, a member of the OTE Group and Deutsche Telekom, and one of Southeastern Europe’s largest contact center outsourcing services providers, has rented an area of 1,400 sqm within the Coresi Business Park Brasov. About 300 employees will work in the new operational center in Brasov.

There is a general trend of growth on the office market in secondary cities all throughout the region. Cities from the region such as Brno (in the Chezch Republic) and Krakow (in Poland) have some 600,000 sqm worth of office space, said Silviu Savin, partner of Ascenta Management, which develops Coresi Business Park Brasov. Brasov currently has a fifth of this surface, but the modern office stock will triple in the next ten years, due to the growing demand on the outsourcing market, added Savin.

Coresi Business Park has recently started construction on the second phase of the project, consisting of two new modern A class buildings that provide between 1,650 - 3,000 sqm rentable area per floor.
