OBI Romania and Agricover Group move office to Cubic Center in Bucharest

Do-It-Yourself retailer OBI Romania has recently signed a six-year lease contract for a 1,200-sqm area in the Cubic Center office building in Bucharest, starting early next year, according to Dinu Patriciu Global Services (DPGS), the owner of the building. The agribusiness solutions company Agricover Group has also signed a five–year term lease agreement for a 1,400-sqm office space in the same building, starting early next year. Each new tenant will occupy a floor in the building.

Cubic Center has a total lettable area of 25,300 sqm on 12 floors, 507 underground parking spaces, and 50 parking places above the ground. The building also has a 1,000 sqm conference center at the 12th floor.

About 60 percent of Dinu Patriciu Global Properties’ portfolio is in Germany, 30 percent in Romania and 10 percent in 4 other European countries. The main assets in Romania are the Lakeview office building, the Romana Offices, Cubic Center, Banu Antonache Offices, Cascade Offices and Baneasa Business Center.
