A new traditional market was opened in Pipera area on Thursday, December 2, close to the Pipera metro station in the area, on Dimitrie Pompei boulevard. The market features wooden stands with fruits and vegetables, as well as dairy products and meat products, pastry and sweets made by local producers.

The Romanian market was built by the second district city hall on an area which has been laying empty for years and features a ground floor as well as a first a floor with administrative offices .
