New artists confirmed for this year’s Electric Castle festival in Romania

Bring Me The Horizon, Bastille, Slow Magic, and Dilated Peoples are just some of the new artists announced for the 2016 edition of Electric Castle music festival in Romania.

The event will take place between July 14 and July 17 at the Banffy Castle in Cluj.

While British rock band Bring Me The Horizon (BMTH) will perform for the first time in Romania this summer, things are different for indie rock band Bastille, which has previously played at a local festival in 2014.

Other recently announced international artists are Paco Osuna, KiNK, My Nu Leng & Dread Mc, Cinnamon Chasers, and Jon Kennedy. The lineup was also expanded with Romanian artists such as Grimus, Firma, Nopame, and Argatu.

Famous Icelandic band Sigur Ros and German Paul Kalkbrenner will also play at the festival. Find the entire lineup and more information here.
